The Bagel Bar, formerly Bagels on the Hill, now offers fresh and delicious bagels, decadent cream cheeses, mouth-watering breakfast and lunch sandwiches, and specialty items, like our signature cream cheese stuffed bagel bombs.

Owned and managed by Karra Pate and Jon Collins, the duo took over the business in July 2012, and have revamped the menu and the location, creating a clean, cozy, and welcoming space where people can eat, meet, work and visit.

For those who enjoy coffee with their bagels, The Bagel Bar offers fresh coffee from Carborro Coffee Roasters. Collins and Pate visit local markets and have established a network of local suppliers to ensure all ingredients are fresh, seasonal and local.

The store has been outfitted with wifi and outlets built into the bar, designed to accommodate laptops. Comfy oversize chairs are welcoming to those looking for a relaxing space to meet and chat.
